When you arrive in Lombok (Lombok Airport, Mataram City, Senggigi, or Bangsal Port), our team will take you to the hotel we have booked in Senaru using a private vehicle. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be greeted by our hiking guide and directed to rest in your room. At the hotel, our guide will explain the standard operating procedures for climbing Mount Rinjani, including waste management, safety procedures, and prohibited items. This package includes free transportation (pick up and dropoff) before and after the climb of Mount Rinjani.
Day 1: Enjoy the Beauty of the Sea of Clouds from the Slopes of Sembalun Crater, Illuminated by the Sunset
06:00 AM Breakfast: Breakfast at the hotel.
07:00 AM Depart: Depart from Senaru Village to Sembalun (45 minutes by car) and check in at the Gunung Rinjani office.
08:00 AM Start Trekking: The hike starts from the Sembalun gate for 1 hour and 30 minutes to Post 1 (1,300 m) from the starting point of the climb (1,051 m). Rest at Post 1 for 15 minutes.
09:45 AM Lunch at Post 2: Lunch at Post 2 (1,500 m). The climb from Post 1 to Post 2 takes about 50 minutes, including rest.
10:45 AM Continue Climbing: Continue the climb to Post 3 (1,800 m) after lunch (around 1:00 PM) with a travel time of about 1 hour. Take a short break at Post 3 while enjoying biscuits and soft drinks.
12:00 PM Climb to Sembalun Crater: Continue the climb to Sembalun Crater (2,639 m) for 3 hours.
04:30 PM Arrive at Sembalun Crater: Arrive at Sembalun Crater, also known as basecamp. Enjoy the beauty of Lake Segara Anak and Mount Baru Jari.
06:00 PM Dinner: Our guide and porter will provide dinner for you.
Day 2: Enjoy the Breathtaking View from the Top of Mount Rinjani (3,726 m above sea level)
02:00 AM Breakfast: Breakfast at 2:00 AM.
02:30 AM Start Summit Ascent: Begin the ascent to the summit of Mount Rinjani (3,726 m).
06:30 AM Arrive at Summit: Enjoy the sunrise and the view of Lake Segara Anak, the entire island of Lombok, including the 3 Gili Islands, Sumbawa Island, and Mount Agung in Bali.
07:30 AM Descend to Pelawangan: Start descending to Pelawangan (camp) for breakfast and preparation to leave camp.
09:00 AM Walk Down to Segara Anak Lake: Begin the descent to Segara Anak Lake and Hot Springs, which usually takes about 3 hours.
12:00 PM Lunch at Segara Anak Lake: Lunch at Segara Anak Lake (2,008 m above sea level). Enjoy a walk around the lake and soak in the hot springs.
06:00 PM Dinner and Camp: Dinner and camping at Lake Segara Anak.
Day 3: Enjoy the Atmosphere at Segara Anak Lake and Hot Springs
07:00 AM Breakfast: Breakfast and enjoy the sunrise with a beautiful view of Lake Segara Anak and the hot springs.
12:00 PM Lunch at Segara Anak Lake: Lunch at Segara Anak Lake (2,008 m above sea level).
01:00 PM Climb to Pelawangan Kawah Senaru: Start climbing 3 hills to arrive at Pelawangan Kawah Senaru, which usually takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes.
04:30 PM Arrive at Pelawangan Kawah Senaru: Enjoy the beauty of Lake Segara Anak and Mount Barujari, as well as views of the 3 Gili Islands and Mount Agung in Bali.
07:00 PM Dinner: Dinner provided by our guides and porters.
Day 4: Enjoy the Sunrise at Pelawangan Kawah Senaru
06:00 AM Breakfast: Breakfast while enjoying the sunrise with a view of Lake Segara Anak and the top of Mount Rinjani.
08:00 AM Walk to Senaru Village: Begin the walk to Senaru Village, which usually takes 4 to 5 hours.
12:00 PM Lunch at Post 1: Lunch at Post 1 during the descent.
01:00 PM Arrive at Main Gate: Arrive at the main gate of the Mount Rinjani National Park and take you back to the hotel by car (10 to 15 minutes).
02:00 PM Prepare for Departure: Prepare at the hotel for your next destination (Lombok Airport, Mataram City, Senggigi, or Bangsal Port).
